Psychological Assessment (Item Number: 400088)
This assessment includes a clinical interview and relevant psychological tests to evaluate an individual’s current level of functioning and identify an individual’s needs and suitability for psychological interventions. A treatment plan would then be formulated based on the client’s assessed needs.
Vocational Assessment (Item Number: 300163)
This assessment includes a comprehensive interview and psychological testing to identify previous education and work history, vocational interests, aptitudes, intellectual ability and personality characteristics. The purpose of this assessment is to identify suitable job goals and potential learning abilities.
Functional Capacity Evaluation (Item Number: 300160)
This assessment, which takes 1½ to 2 hours, and carried out by an Occupational Therapist, determines an individual’s functional capacity.
The information obtained can be matched against the individual’s job requirements, or potential job requirements.
Work Site Evaluation (Item Numbers: 300158 & 300084)
Work site assessments can be carried out to assess an individual’s job demands and to make return to work recommendations.
Suitable Duties Programs can also be developed and monitored.
Comprehensive Interdisciplinary Assessment

We offer a comprehensive assessment service carried out by our Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist and Psychologist.
The purpose of this is to provide objective reports outlining the worker / patient’s functional capacities, psychological profile, and return to work potential as well as any rehabilitation needs.
The duration of the assessment is approximately four (4) hours, and a detailed report is promptly provided.
Comprehensive Vocational Assessment
(Fee by negotiation prior to assessment).
This involves a vocational assessment carried out by a Psychologist, but also incorporates a Functional Capacity Evaluation carried out by an Occupational Therapist to provide realistic work options to match the individual’s interests, skills and functional level.
